Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
For orders where all items are in stock, we usually ship within 3 business days. We may occasionally close the shop when we are at conventions, which we will announce on social media platforms and with a banner at the top of the page.
Orders that contain pre-order items will ship only when all items are in-stock. If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing multiple orders. Expected delivery dates will be listed on their product pages, and we will email customers if there are any delays.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can contact us to cancel or modify your order if the order has not yet shipped. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
Pre-ordered items may have cancellation restrictions which will be listed on their product page.
Can I return my order?
We generally do not accept returns on items. We may under exceptional circumstances accept returns at our discretion. Where items are accepted for return, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item via the original payment method only. We cannot provide refunds for shipping costs even in these cases.
For items that are defective, we will provide a return shipping label and we will send a replacement once we have the defective item returned to us.
All sales at conventions are final.
Can orders be shipped internationally outside the US?
In general, yes. Please ensure your address is correct at time of order. Your order may be subject to import fees, customs taxes, or other duty fees. We cannot collect these fees at purchase time, and you may be responsible for paying them when your order is delivered. If our order is returned due to not paying these taxes/fees, we will be unable to refund shipping costs.
Due to legal regulations, the UK and countries in the EU may not be able to order all items. We apologize for this, and hope we can resolve this in the future. If you purchase items from our site via a proxy service, please be aware that for those same legal reasons, we cannot provide support or exchanges for products ordered via proxy unless the proxy is sending the support request.
Do any products contain AI artwork?
Absolutely not.
